Children ages 8 to 17 are paired one-to-one with a volunteer buddy (volunteer opportunities available). A volunteer training is offered for all registrants before camp begins.
Camp is a rotation of four engaging, hands-on activities each day — sports, arts, drama, music, science, yoga and much more — with vendors for bubble shows, reptiles and even a magic show. Dress for water activities on Thursdays.
The Friendship Foundation supports families of children and young adults with special needs by providing a safe, accepting and inclusive environment to enjoy sports, art, music and social programs with their peers.
