After-school enrichment at all five Manhattan Beach elementary schools.
The MBX Foundation, in partnership with the Manhattan Beach Unified School District, offers After School Enrichment Programs at each of the MBUSD elementary schools. Our programs provide TK–5 students with fun, engaging opportunities to learn, create, and stay active in a safe and familiar environment.
Classes are held in person after school, Monday–Thursday. Immediately after school is released, students meet, are given a snack, and are supervised until the start of their enrichment class. Students are picked up at the completion of the class. Class schedule is subject to change — please check back on your school page the evening before registration opens.

Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner of the 6Crickets site.
Open your school's page to see the current class lineup.
Include your grade, teacher, and room number during registration.
Registration is completed through 6Crickets. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and may be adjusted or canceled based on enrollment.

Students are looked after from the moment school lets out until their MBX class begins.
Your child will be picked up directly from their classroom by MBX staff, provided a snack and playtime, and then escorted to their MBX class when it begins.
Parents pick up at the end of the MBX class, or students are taken to EDP if enrolled.

Parents can pick up at the end of the MBX class, or students are taken to EDP if enrolled.
Parents receive a confirmation email upon completion of registration, prior to the start of the session, from the MBX Program Coordinator.
Please notify the coordinator in advance if your child will be absent. Students should be picked up promptly at the end of class.
Late pick-ups beyond the 10-minute grace period may incur additional fees.
Cooperative behavior makes enrichment programs fun and safe for all. If a student is seriously disruptive or unsafe during class, the first instance is a warning and parents are contacted. On a second instance the student may not continue with the program, with no refund.
At registration, families confirm their student is motivated to take the classes they are enrolled in, so the experience is a good one for everyone involved.
