MBMS is excited to partner with MBX and take our after school sports to another level. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed when the cancellation is received.

Participant Cancellations: Cancellations received after registration closes but before the session begins are eligible for a full refund, less a $20 administration fee. This fee applies only if the credit card has already been charged.

Cancellations After the First Practice: No refunds will be issued.

MBX Cancellations: Full refunds are issued for any class cancelled by MBX.

Weather-Related Cancellations: If an after-school program class must be cancelled due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, including natural events, refunds or credits will not be issued. Staffing, facility and program expenses may still be incurred under these circumstances. Every effort will be made to notify families as far in advance as possible if a cancellation occurs.
