Getting to Class

Arrival, Supervision & Pick Up

Arrival & Supervision

TK / Kinder / EDP families
1:50 TK/K students in Monday, Tuesday and Thursday classes are picked up from their classrooms for a snack, then escorted to their enrichment class. TK/K students may enroll in 3:00 PM classes on those days, however supervision is not provided until 2:45 unless the student is enrolled in the earlier 1:50 class. TK/K students in Wednesday 1:50 classes are picked up at 1:35 and escorted to snack/play.
1st – 5th graders
Walk on their own to the snack area after school release.
EDP students
If your child attends EDP, their after-school enrichment schedule is coordinated with EDP staff to ensure students are escorted to and from EDP as required.

Attendance

Please notify the coordinator in advance if your child will be absent. If your child does not come to class and we have no confirmation of an absence from you or the school office, we will contact you.

Pick-up

Students should be picked up promptly at the end of class. If you are running late, please call or text your Coordinator to let them know you are on your way.

A 10-minute grace period applies. After 10 minutes, the responsible party is charged $5.00 per minute that the Coordinator supervises your child until you arrive.

Student Code of Conduct

A safe and positive learning environment is always maintained on campus. All rules and regulations observed during the school day are upheld throughout enrichment classes. The Robinson After School Enrichment Program follows the Robinson Elementary Riptide Behavior Matrix. Students are expected to respect the personal rights of their peers and abide by the expectations of instructors and MBX Foundation staff.

Minor infractions: the school Coordinator and/or Program Manager completes a Discipline form to share and discuss with the parents.

Major infractions: the school Coordinator and/or Program Manager completes a Discipline form to share and discuss with the parents. At this point the student can be immediately unenrolled from the program with no refund.

The MBX Foundation thanks students and parents for respecting the Code of Conduct and for contributing to an enjoyable and enriching experience for all children.
