MBX Foundation’s Meadows After School Enrichment Program provides TK–5 students with fun, engaging opportunities to learn, create, and stay active in a safe and familiar environment. All classes are held on the Meadows campus.

Email JuliePlease notify the coordinator in advance if your child will be absent. If your child does not come to class and we have no confirmation of an absence from you or the school office, we will contact you.
Students should be picked up promptly at the end of class. If you are running late, please call or text your Coordinator to let them know you are on your way.
A 10-minute grace period applies. After 10 minutes, the responsible party is charged $5.00 per minute that the Coordinator supervises your child until you arrive.
Parents receive a confirmation email upon completion of registration, prior to the start of the session, from the MBX Program Coordinator.
Registration is completed through 6Crickets. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and may be adjusted or canceled based on enrollment.

A safe and positive learning environment is always maintained on campus. All rules and regulations observed during the school day are upheld throughout enrichment classes. The Meadows After School Enrichment Program follows the Meadows Behavior Plan. Students are expected to respect the personal rights of their peers and abide by the expectations of instructors and MBX Foundation staff.
Minor infractions: the school Coordinator and/or Program Manager completes a Discipline form to share and discuss with the parents.
Major infractions: the school Coordinator and/or Program Manager completes a Discipline form to share and discuss with the parents. At this point the student can be immediately unenrolled from the program with no refund.
