Costa Gym January Updates

On November 8, 2016, voters in MB approved Measure EE, a $39 million bond measure to replace the outdated and undersized gym.
The planned timeline is as follows:
  • December 2018: February, 2019: Site and Building Abatement and Demolition
  • February 2019: Groundbreaking Ceremony
  • March 2019 – June 2020: Construction
  • July 2020: Construction Completion/Grand Opening
Abatement was completed over the winter break, demolition is currently underway, and on February 15, we will finally break ground! The ceremony will take place at 12:30 p.m. at the site. If you would like to join us, please check in at the front office first.
