Friday, 9/7/18 Golden State Classic @ Stanford University Mira Costa 5 Valencia High School, Valencia 1 In the first round of the Golden State Classic tournament, the Mustangs defeated the Vikings 5 to 1.    In singles, Nicole Wuelfing (MC) won 6-3, 7-5; and Haily Huynh (MC) won 6-0, 6-1.

Girls Tennis dominates in 14-4 victory over rival Redondo.

On Thursday, October 5th, the Mustangs were dominant in a rivalry match with Redondo, winning seven singles sets and seven doubles sets.  In singles, Audrey Vo (MC) won two sets in first position 6-3 and 6-1; Maya Serota (MC) won one set 6-1; Hannah Waldorf (MC) won one set 6-4;

Girls Tennis plays well in Golden State Tennis Classic at Stanford University

Mira Costa Girls Tennis played well in probably the most competitive high school tennis tournament in the country, but did not do as well as in prior years.  Mira Costa finished twelfth in the Golden State Tennis Classic at Stanford University.  Unfortunately, Peninsula won the tournament by defeating Palos Verdes
