In an inter-sectional match between the Matadors from NorCal and the Mustangs from SoCal, Mira Costa hosted Monta Vista in a very close match that wasn’t decided until the last point. In singles, Ella Davis (MC) won one set 6-4; and Ella Lokier (MC) won one set 6-1. In doubles, Kacey Feng/Sydney Vo won one set 6-1; Kacey Feng/Sydney Miller (MC) won one set 6-0; Hannah Bergin/Kiki Daviduk (MC) won one set 6-0; Peyton Douglas/Sydney Vo (MC) won two sets 7-6(7) (the last match on the courts to decide the match, with the Mustangs overcoming several match points) and 6-1; and Olga Nagy/Ella Lokier (MC) won one set 7-5. The Mustangs are now 18-3 on the season.

In a match that couldn’t have been any closer, Mira Costa, the 3rd-ranked team in Division 1, and Peninsula, the 2nd-ranked team in Division 1, tied 9 to 9 in sets and 71 to 71 in games. In accordance with CIF rules, the teams then played a complete round robin of tiebreaks. In those tiebreaks, the Panthers prevailed 11 to 7. In singles, Audrey Vo (MC) won two sets 6-3 and 6-0; Haily Huynh (MC) won two sets 6-4 and 6-0; and Ella Lokier (MC) won one set 6-1. In doubles, Kacey Feng/Sydney Vo won two sets 6-4 and 6-0; Hannah Bergin/Kiki Daviduk (MC) won one set 6-3; and Olga Nagy/Amanda Scott (MC) won one set 6-2. The Mustangs are now 17-3 on the season, 3-2 in the Bay League.

In this Bay League match between Mira Costa, the 3rd-ranked team in Division 1, and Redondo, the 2nd-ranked team in Division 2, the Mustangs prevailed by winning all nine doubles sets. In singles, Audrey Vo (MC) won two sets 6-3 and 6-0; and Haily Huynh (MC) won two sets 6-2 and 6-1. In doubles, Kacey Feng/Sydney Vo swept three sets at love, 6-0, 6-0, and 6-0; Hannah Bergin/Kiki Daviduk (MC) won two sets 6-3 and 6-0; Ella Davis/Peyton Douglas (MC) won one set 6-1; Ella Lokier/Amanda Scott (MC) won two sets 6-1 and 6-2; and Sydney Miller/Amanda Scott (MC) won one set 6-0. The Mustangs are now 16-2 on the season, 2-1 in the Bay League.
