Swim and Dive is a Spring Sport.
Swim and Dive is a cut sport. There will be Varsity and Junior Varsity Teams, which are competitive groups and athletes will be expected to attend meets outside of regular school hours, in addition to pre-season dryland training. Full commitment is expected from those who make the team.
Swimmers must swim 100 yards freestyle and 50 yards each of butterfly, breaststroke and backstroke at tryouts.
Previous Club Swimming experience is recommended.
There is no summer obligation.

New and returning swimmers must complete SNAP/8to 18: https://miracosta.8to18.com/accounts/login. by November 30, 2024.

Swim tryouts: Wednesday December 4th 2024, all levels, Mira Costa Pool, warm-up 2:30pm, try-outs start 3:00pm
