Shout out to Costa Grad Ethan Alverson ’14, playing Rugby for University of Colorado Buffalos!

Congratulations to Ethan Alverson ‘14.  Ethan is the starting #8 for the University of Colorado Buffalos.   Ethan is in his senior year and has played for Colorado since his freshman year.  Alverson plays on Colora­do’s 15s and 7s teams.  Ethan is majoring in biology and is considering be­coming a teacher after graduation and hopefully coaching rugby.

While at Mira Costa Ethan was the starting Prop on the rugby team. He became a solid leader on the team and in particular in the forward pack. We are extremely proud of our Colorado Buffalo.
