MCXC moves on to CIF

GIRLS RECAP: The girls have worked hard to prepare for CIF prelims and it all paid off Saturday as they all showed up big to earn a solid 2nd place and run their way onto Finals! With a team score of 62, they were only six points behind first-place.Overall, the girls’ team’s second-place finish was a testament to their hard work and consistency. We are incredibly proud they took it up a notch this week when it mattered most and we look forward to their continued success next week at finals!

BOYS RECAP: The boys had a successful outing at the CIF Southern Section Preliminaries. The Southern Section is the most competitive section in the country, so every year is a battle to advance. The boys won their heat, even while controlling their efforts to save energy for this coming weekend at the CIF SS Finals.

The teams look to race well at the CIF Finals on Nov 18 and advance to the State Championships on the Nov 25. Go Mustangs! MCXC celebrated with our great traditional Senior Recognition Event where the Juniors send off their Senior classmates with words of praise, inside jokes, and meaningful gifts .
